Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and expectations.

1. Shipping Methods and Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
  • Tracked Shipping: Includes a tracking number for monitoring your package.
  • Untracked Shipping: Available for smaller, lightweight items (not eligible for refund or replacement if lost).

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Local: 2-5 business days.
  • National (Canada): 5-10 business days.
  • Remote or Rural Areas: May require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate: A standard flat rate is applied to most orders.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 CDN.
  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs may be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

5. Tracking and Insurance

  • Tracking: Provided for all tracked shipping options. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • Insurance: Shipments are insured for loss or damage. Customers can purchase additional coverage at checkout if desired.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to P.O. boxes and some remote areas via Canada Post.
  • We currently ship to both the USA and Canada.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • Provide your order number and any relevant details. For damaged items, include photos of the damage.
  • Untracked shipments are not eligible for refund or replacement.

8. Customs and Duties (For International Shipping)

We do not currently offer international shipping beyond the USA and Canada. For future updates, please check back with us. Buyers in the USA are responsible for any Customs and Duties fees incurred on orders.

U.S. Duty Prepayment – Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 29, 2025
Applies to: Orders shipping to the United States

1) Duty assessment
Import duties and taxes are set by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Amounts are not set by our shop and may vary by product, value, and HTS code.

2) Prepayment requirement (DDP)
If duty is owed, we will contact you and issue a Duty Prepayment invoice for the exact amount. Shipping is on hold until this fee is paid.

3) Notification & deadline
You’ll receive the invoice via the contact details provided at checkout. Please pay within 5 business days of notification. If you need more time, reply to request an extension.

4) Non-payment / no response
If the fee isn’t paid (and no extension is requested) by the deadline, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

5) Cancellations before shipment
You may cancel for a full refund anytime before shipment if you prefer not to proceed with duty prepayment.

6) Currency & processing
Duty invoices are issued in our shop currency. Your bank/processor may apply exchange rates or fees; these are outside our control.

7) Returns & duty
If a shipped order is returned, any duty paid to U.S. authorities is typically non-refundable. We’ll process product refunds per our standard return policy.

8) Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate contact details so we can reach you promptly about duty prepayment.

9) Compliance
We accurately declare contents and values and cannot mark shipments as “gift” or under-declare.

9. Returns and Exchanges Related to Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
