Custom and Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes any products that have been specifically tailored to your specifications.
Medical Tapes
For hygiene and safety reasons, medical tapes, including CGM tapes and tubie tapes, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Shipping Policies
- Letter Mail (Canada): Items shipped via letter mail within Canada are not eligible for refunds or replacements if lost in transit. To ensure coverage for lost orders during shipping, please choose tracked shipping at checkout.
- Tracked Shipping: Orders shipped with tracking are eligible for investigation in case of loss during transit. Please retain your tracking information for reference.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the following information:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear images showing the problem with the item(s).
We handle these cases on an individual basis and will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Returns
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be unused and in perfect condition to be eligible for a return.
Exceptions
